Jingle Bells

Hi all wow what a cold frosty morning we woke up to, the sun is now shining but very cold, much better than all the rain we have had the last week or two.

Today starts a new Challenge at Crafty Cardmakers and More this fortnight Lin is hosting , the theme is distress it, we would love you to join in I am looking forward to seeing all your wonderful creations.

For my card I have used Vintage Christmas CD from Crafters Companion to create my card, everything on my card is off the CD, I have distressed the edges of the papers with my tool from Tim Holtz and then inked the edges, I must admit this is out of my comfort zone I don't like getting messy fingers.

Hi all hope you've had a good weekend, it's been very wet here today, yesterday I did my first Craft Fayre had a fabulous time, loads of people attended all day, it was an experience and hopefully not my last one, two cards that were bought one was going to Canada and the other to Australia.

Snowflakes are Kisses from Heaven

Hi all hope you are well, I am not much for the early dark nights the day's seem so short, it's been a very damp dark day all day today and lots of rain.

I am sharing a card using the Create a Card Die over the Rooftops from the Die'sire range from Crafters Companion, I just love these dies. I've used an 8" card base , blue Centura Pearl card for matting and layering, Vintage Bells embossalicious folder Create a Card Die Over The Rooftops, Snowy Acetate, Die'sire dies Snowflake and Ivy and Sentimental's stamped sentiment.

My First Challenge For CCM

Hi all I am so excited today is my first challenge for CCM , I was approached by Lin to see if I would be interested, well you know the answer to that I was delighted and honored to accept. Our theme for this fortnight is Cut it out so we would love to see your die cuts and punches.

Christmas Village

Hello all it's been a very windy day here but very warm, certainly not October weather is it.

I am sharing a card today I have made with a Create A Card Die from Crafters Companion,  Christmas Village, I put some blue paper behind for it to stand out and used Centura Pearl to cut out the main image, using Die'sire Holly, Snowflake and Ivy Die with a sentiment from Christmas Village Sentimental stamps.

Hi all well it's pouring of rain outside and has been all afternoon it is very chilly today too.

Hi all hope your well what awful weather we had here yesterday, so wet windy and very cold, brrrrr.

Chill This Christmas

I am doing well this week with posting,  my third card in 4 day's can't be bad!

I am sharing a Snowman and Snowdog card I used Centura Pearl for the base card, I decided to cut down the front of the card and use acetate for the other half,  using the papercrafting kit I have cut down one of the A4 patterned sheets and matted onto the front and inside of the card, matted and layered a topper on the front and using a Die'sire die's put a boarder down the edge of the card and acetate and made the snowflakes, then finished off with a sentiment.

Ring Out Those Bells

Don't faint everyone but I am posting two cards in as many days, what has happened !!!

I am sharing a card I made using the Christmas Die'sire create a card Dies, the one I have used is ring out those bells, I just love these dies, I have used the Die'sire Holly die and a Christmas Sentimental's stamped sentiment, I put a bit of colour on the bells and holly through the die before I took it off the card and added some snowy Acetate it looks very effective.

Catons 1st Birthday

Hello all it's not such a nice day here it feels very chilly out there so I am not venturing far today, yesterday was Catons 1st Birthday I just can't believe where that year has gone, he had a party for his little friends at lunchtime and then family late afternoon, he really enjoyed himself and I think tired himself out too.

Create A Card Nativity

Hello all hope you are well, I am loving the gorgeous weather, it's been a hectic week I will catch up with you all soon.

I have made a card using Die'sire Create A Card, I have used the Nativity I just love these die's, I have had them a while but only just managed to have a play, I have used some gorgeous blue paper for the background and heat embossed stars on it, I was pleased the the end result, I inked through the die before I took it off the card which is centura pearl and then fixed it to the card blank, I am really pleased with the end result, I think they make gorgeous cards fairly quickly and look very effective, I can see a lot of people will be getting these cards this year.

Congratulations

Hi all I am going from bad to worse with blogging just recently, so I thought I better put it right, so here is a card I made a while ago and didn't get round to sharing it, I have used Bebunni Baby to create this A4 card using the the Megapage, I just love the fabulous Megapage section.I used two babking papers, from the CDribbon and baby ribbon from my stash Die'sire flower Die's and Spellbinders Grand Ovals, I did use some pink mess and a baby nappy pin too. The sentiment was created on the computer.

Hello all hope you are well and enjoying the lovely weather, it's a bit of a shock when it's cooler, nevermind we can't change the weather can we.

I am sharing a box with you today I have made a Gable box with my Sweet Treats embossing boards, It to two A4 sheets of card to make it, I thought I would make a Christmas one I made some poinsettias for decoration and ribbon around the bottom and a bow to finish it off.

I am sorry the picture isn't very good not sure why I usually get a better picture, it wasn't happening today though.

Baby's Christening

Hi all well here we are again another weekend is upon us they sure come round don't they.

I am sharing a card with you today I made for Jodie, she went to a Christening the other week so I got Popcorn out as I knew exactly what I wanted to make and this was the finished result.
