My First 2 Christmas cards

Hello all hope you are all well, so far it's been a not to bad day although we haven't got the sun we had this morning.
Would you believe it I have made TWO Christmas cards, now this isn't like me is it, leave everything to the last minute, but I received all my Christmas goodies this week that Nigel May brought out last week, they are gorgeous, there is so much on the Cds and fab stamps and card kits, well I had to have a play didn't I!!!
So without ado here they are

I loved every minute of it, they are both from the Cds, I printed one of the topper for the poinsettia and cut around it for an embellishment,
I am going to play with the card kits now, there's no stopping me now, lol.

Enjoy the rest of your day, hello to my new follower thank you for joining me.

Dad's Shed

Morning all hope your are all well and had a good weekend, I am sorry for missing in action I have been without internet all weekend, I have phoned the broadband company and they have informed me that the problem is inside the house and not the line! oh joy where do you start!!.
I am now using my mobile broadband and I must say it's quicker so  see how we go.

Anyway my card today is one I made my Dad for Father's day and it was perfect for him too.
When I was young My Mum Dad Grandma and Grandad used to dabble in making their own wine and beer, some ok some not so, so when I saw this Cd on create and craft I just had to order it and you'll see by the image why.
I used Garden Sheds Cd and printed the main image a decoupage and used green A4 card to make the base, I heat embossed the sentiment and in my stash I had a charm with thanks dad on it, so I attached it with some ribbon, needless to say Dad loved it.

The Challenges I would like to enter my card into are-

Four Seasons

Hello All well Thursday already this week has thrown by.
The last three days I have been trying to do Fathers Day cards, oh my how hard can it be I have really struggled, couldn't decide what to do My Step-Dad-in-law doesn't like cute but that's ok  i have plenty of traditional too, but could I find something I was happy with, NO! I think my mojo got up and went off somewhere hope it comes back soon.
Anyway I have made this card from Dennis Lewan's Four Seasons Cd, to be honest I'm not sure even now if I like it, but it's going to have to do I'm sure he will like it. I've got another two to make, 1 for Grandad from Jodie and I have to do my Dads but he doesn't mind cute so that's good. I have only got tonight and tomorrow as we are going to collect Step Dad from Leicester on Saturday to bring him down for a weeks holiday, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed I can get them done, and in  between do shopping cleaning and all the usual. anyway I'm not going to think about it it makes my head hurt.
So without further ado here it is.
