Benjamin

Morning all hope you are all having a good week so far, it's freezing here, but a least the wind looks like it's dropped thank goodness.

I am sorry I haven't been visiting you and leaving comments, my Dad was admitted into A & E on Saturday, the staff at the home could not wake him, the I Doc went and decided he needed to treat him in hospital, luckily he had awaken by the time we got there, he's improving slowly it was a chest infection he has got, so I have been at the hospital twice a day and making sure Mums ok as she's at the home to with dementia  it's awful to see as they both don't understand what's happening really.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that they will soon be back together.

I will be round to your blogs asap, I promise.

While I have 5 mins I thought I would share a card I made last week, I am sorry for the glare from the bag I forgot to take a picture until after I had bagged them all up.

Benjamin is all dressed up, the papers and decoupage are from Beatrix Potters Benjamin Bunny CD, card for matting and layering pearls and ribbon are from my stash.

The Challenge \I would like to enter my card into are:-
Make It Monday - Anything Goes.

Thank you all for stopping by and leaving me lovely comments.

Hugs Julie xxxx

  1. Hi Julie!! Benjamin is so lovely he's my favourite. Not good today off work! I stood at bus stop for 15 mins yesterday morning. Think it affected my arthritis. Sam and I are trying to buy some wide ribbon like on your card - we would like organza. Do you know any one who sells it? L xxx

    1. Hi Linda this ribbon is from Beatrix Potter paper crafting elements from Crafters Companion. I've not seen any wide organza gingham, you could try wild orchid crafts, ribbon girl, crafty ribbons, if I see any I will let you know.
      Hope you feel better soon.
Dad had improved yesterday but is still Nil by mouth.
