Beatrix Potter Frame Card


Morning all all hope your all having a good day, I am supporting a very bad headache, so not doing to much today.

I thought I would share with you a Beatrix Potter frame card I made a while ago, it's from the card making collection from Crafters Companion , I was so easy to do and enjoyable too, it's a lot easier to put together than you may think and you get a lovely card when you have finished.

Christmas At Lexis Creations.

Morning all hope you had a lovely weekend, it's been pouring of rain all weekend here and very windy too, there was a tree come down just down the road, luckily no one was hurt.

Today starts a new challenge at Lexis Creations this week it's Christmas, we are looking forward to all your creations with the Christmas theme.

For my card I have made an 8 x 8 card base, I have embossed using my embossing folder that came with my ebosser that I bought from Crafters Companion, I just love it, I have matted and layered on black card stock. and my image is from the really cute characters from Mulberry Wood, which are also available from Crafters Companion , I have used my dies to cut and emboss some snowflakes and I heat embossed with white glitter embossing powder. I have made a bow with purple raffia.  
We are sponsored this Challenge my My Heart Pieces.

Cute Little Hedgehog

Hello all hope your day is going ok, I'm having one of those days lots to do but getting no where  fast.

I hope all you lovely people who have gone to the Craftaganza are having a fantastic time, I'm pretty sure you are!!.

Today I thought I would share with you a card I made for our Step Mum-in-law, when we went to visit her in September she had just started to have an Hedgehog visit her at night, she fed him sometimes twice a night, she was thrilled to bits, so I thought I would make a card with a hedgehog on, she loved it.

To make this card I used Hedgehogs Garden Adventures Cd from Peerless Designs, it's a lovely Cd,
I used an 8 x 8 card blank.

I have been playing with a Snowman today


Hello all

Hope you are having a good day, all those of you that are going to the Craftaganza have a safe journey and have fun, look for ward to seeing all your pictures.

Today I have been playing with my Snowman papercraft kits that I bought from Crafters Companion, I have never tried one of theses Diorama cards before, it was so easy and I love the finished results, I have used some snow acetate to create the window, I don't think you can really see it on the photo but it looks good in real life.

Crafters Companion / Spectrun Noir Challenges

Evening all hope you are having a lovely weekend so far, it's been busy for me, I was babysitting this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon too, Nick is taking Bethany to a party and with Mummy at work Rob and I are going over.

I am sharing with you today a card I have made for the Crafters Companion Challenge and also the Spectrum Noir Challenge.

I have used papers  from my Humphrey CD available from Crafters Companion, and have stamp an  image from Best Friends stamp set, and coloured it with my Spectrum Noir pens.

I have used one of the Die'sire quilling dies from Crafters Companion small rose, I have used some Hint of violet glitter frosting from Flowersoft on the petals, and some pearl gems and ribbon from my stash.
The Challenges I would like to enter my card into are :-

Crafters Companion - Your Favorite Colour Combination.
Spectrum Noir - Animals.

Morning all hope you are all well, I am now back home trying to get myself organised, I'm not sure that's quite happening, lol.
I had a fantastic time at the NEC and bought loads of goodies, probably more than I should have, it's only once a tear though.

Today I am sharing with you a card for a friends birthday that I made just before I went to the NEC. It had to be a really quick card because I was running out of time, so I used one of the everyday Mulberry Wood Characters from the paper crafting kit.
I just loved the colour of the backing card I matted it onto a 6 x 6 card base, I  love the topper it's so cute ,  I added a sentiment that matches perfectly.

Thanks / Thanksgiving you At Lexis Creations

Morning all hope you have all had a fantastic weekend, those of you that went to the NEC like me got lots of new goodies to play with.
I had a great time, I stayed with my Cousin for two days, we bought loads of products, when I get home I will take a picture of them all.
At the moment I am staying with my Father-in-law till Wednesday,I will be home late evening.

Anyway on to todays Challenge at Lexis Creations Thanks /Thanksgiving I am looking forward to seeing all you fabulous creations, we are sponsored this week by Fairy Dust Crafts.

For my card I have used a 6 x 6 card blank, I have matted and layered with a yellow card stock, I used one of my spellbinders die, the white card I have embossed with one of the Die'sire Embossalicious embossing folders from Crafters Companion. I thinks it's the Floral Frenzy.The image is Roses from Fairy Dust Crafts.
I have used my Spectrum Noir's.

Bright Lights

Morning all or I think it might be afternoon!!. Hope you are all ok, my it's getting cold we had a very hard frost this morning, I think it's going to be a very cold winter.

Hello to my new follower and thank you for joining me.

I thought I would share another Christmas card from the Mulberry Wood paper crafting kit, I have used a 6 x 6 card blank and some  of the card to mat onto my card,

I have used my dies for the card I have matted my topper onto and also the snowflakes, I am not sure if you will see on the picture very well but I have embossed the snowflakes with sparkling white embossing powder.

I have used a rubber stamp for the sentiment and used sparkling silver embossing powder and used some ribbon from my stash.

Snowman

Morning all hope you are having a good start to the weekend, I can't believe the sun is shining again, it's very cold though.

Today I am sharing with you two makes using the Snowman from my Crafter's Inspiration magazine. I was lucky enough to get mine from Crafters Companion when they came out, it's a fantastic magazine, I am looking forward to the next edition.

I decided to make a calendar and a little jotter pad, I hope you like them.
I used my Die'sire dies from Crafters Companion for the calendar.

Christmas At Mulberry Wood

Morning all hope you are all well, here we are Friday again these weeks are flying by.

I thought I would share with you today a card I have made from my Mulberry Wood card making kit, I just love these images .
I have used a 6 x 6 card base and matted and layered one of the blank cards from the kit. I have used one of the toppers and matted it onto a spellbinders die, I have attached some little bells onto the ribbon.and
I have made a border from one of my Die'sire dies from Crafters Companion.

Gone Fishing

Hello all hope your having a good day, we have the sun shining today for a change with the odd showers.

I am sharing a card with you today I made for our Son's Birthday, he loves his fishing so I thought this image from Beatrix Potter was perfect.
The papers and image are from my Mr Jeremy Fisher Cd that is available from Crafters Companion, and the ribbon is from my Beatrix Potter crafting elements that is also available from Crafters Companion.
I have used the Epiphany tool to create this lovely embellishment and some little gems, the gone fishing fish was cut on my Silhouette and finished it off with a sentiment.
